Know your starting point
You will be asked to rate each area of the wheel of life on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being, “it really sucks” and 10 being, “Never better”. In doing this, it is essential to be brutally honest with yourself.
You can’t map out your journey until your know your starting point.
You will then be asked to choose the top three areas of the wheel of life that you want to work on the most.
The workshop will cover all eight areas, but as they are all interconnected, knowing the ones that are most important to you right now, will allow you to focus on your top concerns.
Gain the courage to set boundaries unapologetically, at work and at home!
The six pillars of health and well-being are instrumental in taking you from feeling, “there is no way out,” to feeling confident and knowing you are meant for more.
You will learn how to better balance your life and have time for work, your family, your friends and YOU! Taking time to enjoy and enhance all areas of your life is essential for you to be your best for you and those you love.
